Sparrow and Rampage are a match made in heaven. The best way to look at it is tank and support build. I run Sparrow and my friend runs Rampage. At mid game we can take down a tower with no minions (Rampage has to have the towers focus and use enrage). also having Rampage will keep other plays from gnak Sparrow (if there's only one of them).
