Grux's ult turns rampage into paper, even if you use rampages ults. I recommend trying to get grux to pop his ult and run away. Engage him when it runs out. He will pop most of his skills to try and chase, so his escape will be compromised. Watch his item build, as he might run lifesteal, and will wait to pop his ult as a form of recovery. Either way you should avoid him like the plague during his ult.
